Boyd's Bear Country - located just south of Gettysburg, PA.

The barn was custom built for Boyd's and opened in late September, 2002. These photos were taken on July 25, 2003.

On the front porch, there are wagons filled with bears.

There is also a bronze statue of Boyd's founder and "Head Bean," Gary Lowenthal.

The first floor lobby and atrium just inside the front doors. A good place to rest, too after some hard shopping!

In the summer of '03, the 4th of July/Americana theme is on display in the lobby.

This piece features the Bear Country exclusive bears, Mason & Dixon, dressed in their Civil War uniforms.

Even the lobby pieces feature running water and animation.
