Brunette straight leg Skipper in Party Pink

Skipper in a fabulous PAK dress!

I purchased Skipper and the dress in the same lot. Both needed a lot of TLC and the dress was missing the ribbons.
A little bit of work later and she looks almost as good as new!
Sadly, the original ribbons were so frayed that they were unable to be salvaged.
